Interior booths (approx. 10'x10')
$500 for the first space
$350 for the second space
$500 for each space thereafter
Exterior equipment spaces
$250- 9'x20' or 9'x30'

Exhibit Hall Dates and Hours
Exhibit hall open to conference attendees on Wednesday from 7am to 3pm and Thursday 8am-5pm.
Exhibitor Move-in: Tuesday, September 24. Move in schedule will be emailed to registered exhibitors on September 3, 2019.
Exhibitor Move-out: Exhibitors may move out after the Exhibit Hall closes on Thursday at 5pm. Exhibits shall not be removed from the exhibit area until the tradeshow is officially closed at 5pm on Thursday, September 26, 2019. Loss of future space assignment seniority is the penalty for violation so please plan accordingly for your schedule, flights, etc. We will be hosting a Happy Hour from 4-5pm to close the Exhibit Hall. There will not be any assistance with a forklift or committee staff on Thursday. Move out with assistance is available at 8am on Friday.
