Lodging The following is a list of recommended hotels that will be participating for the 2008 APWA Western Snow & Ice Conference in Estes Park. These hotels have agreed to hold rooms with preferred discounted room rates. To make reservations and be guaranteed these rates, please let them know that you will be here with Snow & Ice. Most hotels will be holding rooms through late August. If you know your organization will definitely be attending the conference in 2008, we suggest that you make reservations as early as possible to assure that you get the location, rates and number of rooms that you prefer.
Please note: All parking at the Holiday Inn and Conference Center will be reserved for Holiday Inn guests who have reserved rooms. All Snow & Ice Conference attendees staying at various area hotels will be required to park (free) at the Roadeo Grounds/Fairgrounds. A shuttle bus will transport everyone back and forth daily (free) on a continual schedule. (5 minute ride) Shuttle transportation and parking requirements will take effect prior to conference registration, beginning Tuesday morning, September 23, 2008 at 6:30 AM.
