In a climate of economic challenge the pressure of doing more with less can be stressful. The pace can be rushed, rapid-fire, and relentless. Sometimes covering the workloads of vacant positions in addition to our own, requires that we try to cram as much as possible into every day. The daily mantra can be: I don't have enough time, money, energy. In this session come learn new attitudes and techniques that increase energy, reduce stress and create more balance in your life.
