Lodging The following is a list of recommended hotels that have agreed to offer rooms at discounted rates. Most of the hotels are holding blocks of rooms through late August, so make your reservations as early as possible to ensure that you get the location, rate and number of rooms that you prefer. Be sure to mention Snow & Ice to get the discounted rate.
Those with a range of prices are off ering more than one style or size of rooms to conference participants.
Most are extending rates for early arrival and late departure. Please inquire with the hotel during reservation. If tax
exempt, please notify the hotel when making reservations. Deposits will be required and cancellation policies will be
unique to each hotel, please inquire with the facility when confirming your reservation.
